HOW TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY

You can check your eligibility in two ways,

1. You can check the eligibility online at mera.pmjay.gov.in. This portal will direct the user to the eligibility log in portal of pmjay.
2. Visit near by PMJAY Counters.

Required documents to verify BIS

1. Family ID - Ration card/Annexure A or B issued by State Health Agency vide notification no. .20/1/2018-SHA dated 15th March 2022

2. Personal ID - Adhaar card/Voter card/Pan card/Driving license.
