GRIEVANCE Online Mode

If any beneficiary has any grievance related to non-supply of medicine by pharmacy/hospital, denial of free treatment by hospital or harassment by any stakeholder related to PMJAY etc, they may lodge a grievance through the online grievance redressal portal: https://cgrms.pmjay.gov.in/

GRIEVANCE Offline Mode

If any beneficiary has any grievance related to non-supply of medicine by pharmacy/hospital, denial of free treatment by hospital or harassment by any stakeholder related to PMJAY etc, they may lodge a grievance through any of the following offline mode:

• AB PMJAY Call center helpline operated by the State (1800-103-2015) / National (14555) .
• Directly with the State Grievance Redressal Committee who are stationed at the Directorate of Health Services Office.
• Staffs available at the Helpdesk of PMJAY (Public Hospital)
• District Coordinators of the concerned District Hospitals.
